About this exhibit

A lantern-lit trail winds through a grove of blossom trees under a moon that climbs, sets, and once in a while walks into the earth's shadow. Walk it: it crosses a ravine on an arched bridge, climbs a knoll to a lit pavilion, and opens into a ringed clearing with one enormous tree standing in it. Blossoms open and let go on their own clock, the wind takes what it wants, and the drifts underfoot remember every petal that has fallen and every step you have taken through them.
